Exchange and Return Policy

In order to promote transparency in commercial practices and safeguard the legitimate interests of consumers, exchanges and returns comply with applicable laws.

Customers may exchange or return items purchased online. Exchanges and returns may be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order at the address indicated on the order. To do so, consumers must contact Janaina Escossio Carvalho and provide the order details.

Items to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, complete, and properly packaged in their original packaging. The consumer is only responsible for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and function of the item.

1. Return or exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Receiving defective/damaged items:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized item, please send an email with a photo of the item, your order number, and invoice so we can identify it and terminate the contract. You must do this within 14 days of receiving the order at the address indicated on the order.

3. Right of free resolution:

In compliance with current legislation regulating distance contracts with a view to promoting transparency in commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, the company's name informs the following:

• The consumer has the right to freely terminate his/her contract within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide any reason;
• The deadline for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods;
• In order to exercise your right to free termination, you must communicate your decision to terminate the contract to us by means of an unequivocal statement, which must include the following information:
  • Identification of the recipient (if your communication is by letter);
  • Sender identification: name and address (if your communication is by letter);
  • Date (if your communication is by letter);
  • Online order number and date;
  • Invoice-Receipt Number;
  • Reference and quantity of items to be returned;
  • Signature (if your communication is by letter).
• You can do this by sending us your statement in two ways:
  • By mail to the following address: company address;
  • By email to the following address: email for returns.
• For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.

4. Effects of free resolution:

• In the event of termination of the contract, all payments made to you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered by us), will be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract;
• We make such refunds using the same means of payment that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund;
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of having sent the goods, whichever is the earliest;
• You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your free termination of the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period;
• You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods;
• It is only responsible for the depreciation of goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods;
• Therefore, regarding the goods to be returned, you must take the following into account:
  • The product has not been used or tampered with;
  • The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is not completely damaged;
  • The product is complete and properly packaged in its original packaging.
