Who are we?

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the Unika - Just for you online store. The online store is managed by Janaina Escossio Carvalho, Tax Identification Number 307358038, legal representative of the Unika brand and online store, headquartered at Centro Comercial Capitólio, Bloco C, Loja 32 R/C, Avenida de França Nº 256, 4050-276 Porto.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Unika products are understood to mean all products sold in this online store and a customer is understood to be any person who places an order through the online store.

The use of the online store and the purchase of Unika products presupposes the customer's knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration

To place an order, customers can register in the online store by filling out the fields on the form. They can also place orders online without needing to register.

To register, you must also read and accept the online store's privacy policy.

2. Unika Products

The online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all customers who wish to purchase Unika products online. Information about product features can be found at Unika - Just for you . Unika reserves the right to modify the information, product offerings, prices, promotions, and promotional conditions presented in the online store at any time.

3. Online Orders

The customer may purchase products online, for which it is necessary that:

• Find the product(s) you want to purchase;
• Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart;
• You can choose to register in the online store link, by completing the registration form and reading and accepting Unika's privacy policy.
• You can choose to make a purchase without registering. Even if you don't register, you'll still need to complete the order form. You must still read and accept Unika's privacy policy;
• Review the order and confirm the order;
• Make payment for the order.

The customer will receive a confirmation email with order details. Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address specified during the purchase process.

By placing an order online, the customer is accepting these Terms and Conditions.

Unika reserves the right to not accept and/or cancel orders in the following situations:

• The product is not available;
• Payment is not made using any of the payment options available in the link;
• Payment is not confirmed;
• The information associated with the order is not correct or verifiable;
• There is an error in the price quote;
• It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

International orders may be subject to VAT rates different from the rate applied in Portugal, import customs duties or other country-specific taxes, payable by the recipient upon receipt of the order in the destination country.

4. Prices

The prices of products displayed in the online store include VAT at the current legal rate. All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Please note that changing the delivery country may affect prices due to the reasons set out in point 3 of these Terms and Conditions, as well as different shipping costs.

The prices of products shown in the link are subject to change. Unika reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices currently applied to that purchase.

If there is an error in the price of the products ordered, either Unika or the customer may cancel the order up until the order is shipped.

The total price specified at checkout includes VAT at the current legal rate and shipping costs. The customer must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.

Offers on the website are only valid for the time they are displayed in the online store, unless otherwise stated in the online store.

5. Payment Methods

The customer can pay for their orders online using one of the following payment methods: Vista/Mastercard/Maestro, Multibanco Reference, MbWay or Paypal.

Unika does not accept any payment methods other than those mentioned in the previous section. Customers should not attempt to pay using any payment method other than those specified in the payment methods. If they do, Unika will not be liable for any losses or damages that may arise.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout when you complete your order. As stated in point 3 of these Terms and Conditions, international shipments may incur customs fees, depending on the country of delivery, which are the customer's responsibility.

7. Shipping

Unika will send the product(s) ordered by the customer, from Monday to Friday, except on holidays, and on the days and times made available by the logistics operators, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times to Portugal vary between 5 and 10 business days depending on the item(s) ordered. Unika's response time varies within these timeframes depending on stock availability, as well as during peak periods such as promotions, sales, Christmas, etc.

Unika will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, and will refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 days from becoming aware of the unavailability.

If the carrier is unavailable to deliver the products on the date indicated, the customer will be contacted to provide an alternative delivery date.

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging for any missing information. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The customer should report the situation, documented with photographs if possible, to the email address geral@unika.com.pt. If the customer agrees, Unika will resend the order at no additional cost to the customer. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum of X days from the date of payment, please send an email to inform us of the incident. After this period, Unika cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Delivery is deemed to have been made upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

8. Free resolution, cancellation, exchanges and returns

You can consult all the conditions regarding free resolution, cancellation of orders, exchange and return of products, and dispute resolution in the Exchange and Return Policy available at exchange and return policy .

9. Quality

Unika does not sell secondhand, defective, or substandard products. The main features of each product displayed in the online store are listed on the product detail page.

Unika will make every effort to ensure that the colors and details of the products found in the online store are as accurate and realistic as possible. However, because computer and mobile monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your device will display the exact colors.

10. Warranty

Unika products benefit from the guarantee of compliance provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.

11. Exclusion and limitation of liability

Unika does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the online store or any of its features, and it may be suspended to carry out maintenance, repairs or updates.

Unika will not assume, in the same way, any responsibility for any damages, arising directly or indirectly from force majeure situations that prevent Unika, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electrical network, in telecommunications services, or in any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

12. Modification of terms and conditions

Unika reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the changes made and customers notified through the publication of the modified conditions.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
